Crown Fire and Security Services was founded in 2019 by Jason Justice, whose journey in the fire and security industry began as an apprentice with a national provider. With over 22 years of hands-on experience, Jason remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. His commitment, expertise, and personal approach have been key in shaping Crown Fire and Security Services into the company it is today.

Jason began his apprenticeship in Fire and Security at the age of 16 with a national provider, working on the installation of the fire system at the Manchester City Stadium. He subsequently moved into the service division to develop a comprehensive understanding of fire and security systems.
He later joined a local contractor, where he fur
Jason began his apprenticeship in Fire and Security at the age of 16 with a national provider, working on the installation of the fire system at the Manchester City Stadium. He subsequently moved into the service division to develop a comprehensive understanding of fire and security systems.
He later joined a local contractor, where he further strengthened his technical expertise across multiple systems and protocols, progressing to Senior Engineer and ultimately National Operations Manager.
In 2018, Jason established Aquila Fire Solutions, through the subsequent acquisition of Crown Fire he successfully merged the businesses, helping shape the organisation into what it is today.

Jonathan began his career as an electrician in a maintenance role before moving into electrical installation work within the water treatment sector. In late 1999, he transitioned into the fire industry as a fire alarm maintenance engineer with a national provider.

In 2007, Jonathan became one of the founding members of Vulcan Fire Ltd. Over the next 15 years, he was involved in all areas of the business, including accounts, day-to-day operations, account management, and fire alarm design, helping to grow and develop the company through to its successful sale in 2022.

Anthony kicked off his contracting career in the electrical industry, starting out in telesales for a national electrical compliance contractor. Over the next nine years, he worked his way up into business development, contract management, and sales team leadership.

Anthony kicked off his contracting career in the electrical industry, starting out in telesales for a national electrical compliance contractor. Over the next nine years, he worked his way up into business development, contract management, and sales team leadership.
An opportunity then came up to move into the fire and security sector, where Anthony really found his stride. This is where his passion for great customer service, strong contract management, and making sure safety and security compliance are spot on truly stood out. After gaining several years of hands-on experience, along with ongoing education and training in the sector.
